The process of rebuild
Pre-inspection, rough cleaning, professional disassembly, fine cleaning, parts inspection assembly, testing, painting process, delivery.
Step 1: Inspection
All part will be divided into 3 level after Caterpillar’s professional inspection
Level one non-reusable parts such as seals, gaskets, bearings etc are must use original Caterpillar spare parts
The second and third-level parts that are not necessarily replaced are precisely detected will be according to wear detection whether the replacement of parts such as piston, cylinder, arm rocker, valves, seats.
Third level parts cylinder head, cylinder block, crankshaft, etc that generally do not necessari to replacement.
Step 2: Make a maintenance program
Customized professional, reasonable maintenance program
Step 3: Assembly
Through the engineer high-precision boring, grinding, welding process, to complete the repair and assembly for the equipment.
Step 4: Test, how much has the equipment improved after rebuild?
After replace the old part to Caterpillar original spare part to maintenance, the engineer will test the equipment or engine,the engine should be tested at the power test bench for 15-20 hours load test, reach at 95% output power as satisfactory.
The hydraulic pump needs to be tested on a flow test bench,and compared to the initial data.
Step 5: Painting
After the whole machine is refurbished, it will be treated with sheet metal and painting,
to restore its fashion handsome”Good-looking”!
Step 6 delivery:
After completion of all maintenance procedures the new machine delivered to the user
Any changes to the equipment after the rebuild?
