Yamaha Brings Power Assist eBikes to the U.S. for the First Time | Fuel Injection/Nozzle

Many of the receipts show what type of fluid was used, where the repair was done, and what vehicle behavior prompted the garage visit in the first place. Plus the papers show the vehicle’s odometer reading, giving a good idea of how much the Jeep has been driven over time. Here’s a plot I made showing just that:

General Motors in 1990 fixed a 7.4-liter V-8 into the 1500 chassis Chevrolet pickup to build this truck. The performance of this truck was exceptional. The engine made a healthy 230-horsepower and 385-lb-ft of torque. Despite these amazing qualities, only a few examples of these trucks were built. DUIs have declined and overall cost of fatalities will likely decline slowly as time goes on, but don’t look for either insurance or collection of “public funds” to decrease.

It’s worth mentioning that this anonymous owner is a huge fan of his ZR2, which he bought specifically to daily drive and to take off-road. He raved endlessly about it on the phone with me, saying: “I love my truck… everything about it is awesome except for the stupid airbag deployment thing.”

You see; I overcompensate when it comes to my beloved GM. When Ford or Ram has a recall, I love to run my mouth endlessly stating how they are crap, but when my beloved GM has a recall I minimize it saying it’s an easy fix.

After talking with Matt, I was able to get in touch with the truck’s owner, David Kostura, who confirmed Matt’s account, and sent me the photo above with the description “I’m heartbroken.”

So you think it’s A-okay or moral to force a bunch of people’s paid-for older but functioning cars off the road and put them into debt because the only way you will feel that your family is adequately safe on the road is if everyone is driving cars with blind spot monitoring and whatever else? Get a grip man. The narcissism knows no bounds!

(6) Suzuki RM-Z450. Suzuki is caught between a rock and a hard place. Suzuki let itself fall so far behind in technological upgrades that it can’t afford the new engine, electric starting and refined package that it needs to stay abreast of the competition. The 2019 RM-Z450 is the only 450 that doesn’t have electric starting, but if Suzuki had it on the 2019 RM-Z450, the bike would weigh 246 pounds, which would be 23 pounds heavier than the 2019 KTM 450SXF. Losing weight is expensive because it means shedding ounces on every part.

Infotainment options are as expected. Most trims come with an eight-inch touchscreen with voice recognition, Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Satellite, 4G/LTE with Wi-Fi capability, and six speakers. A Bose Audio sound system is optional. Plus you get OnStar.

They still haven’t come close to Ford and their legendary number of safety coverups and resistance to safety recalls. Hiding documents from investigators, paying victims to maintain their silence, destroying evidence, etc.

Not knowing the cost of adding seat belts back then, who knows their impact on MSRP relative to hourly wages, then comparing it to our predicament.
