GMC reps kept insisting that they are the company known for upscale, luxury trucks. I was unaware of that reputation, so I asked around, and sure enough, most people agreed: Yes, GMC is known for making luxury trucks. When I pointed out that the interior was not particularly luxurious even with the Denali niceties, they amended the answer to something along the lines of, Yes, well, GMC makes trucks that are more upscale compared to Chevrolet.
The other problem is that these systems age and/or the tech improves (as well as repair costs). Our ’14 Odyssey’s forward collision warning falsed a lot towards the end of our time with it on lease. Yet, I never turned it off, because I figured one day it might save my butt or my wifes. But lane departure and assist gets turned off day one.
(1/tie) KTM 450SXF and Husqvarna FC450. The KTM 450SXF has had the best brakes for years. Brembo’s 260mm front rotor used to be the biggest rotor, but Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki tried to catch up by one-upping KTM with 270mm rotors. Guess what? The bigger rotors do make their brakes more powerful, but at the expense of modulation. The 2019 Husqvarna FC450 has the same brakes as the KTM 450SXF, save for thicker GSK brake rotors (front and rear). Husky opted for strength over weight because of its enduro clientele.
And, when might arguably want such technology working for you, it gives up the ghost and shuts down – as in bad weather. And it doesn’t even have to be raining or snowing very hard.
The MultiPro tailgate is easily the most trick of the bunch, a clever re-think of a mostly overlooked component. It’s essentially a tailgate-within-the-tailgate, which allows for six different configurations, including a load-stop for longer items, a drop-down step, and a work station. The MultiPro construction felt robust and solid, with heavy-duty hinges and lever arms, which suggests GMC realized the first rule of improving things that are not necessarily broken: if you’re going to add features and complication, it had better last.
15. As this is a naked machine, wind protection isn’t there, and you will take it to the chest at higher speeds. A small windscreen would make extended trips doable. A small flyscreen is in the Triumph accessories catalog, as is a left-side pannier, a tank bag, and a 30-liter roll bag.
You may not give much thought to your bike’s clutch, until it starts slipping, but a good clutch is as important as a good engine. It doesn’t matter how strong your powerband is if it isn’t transferred to the rear wheel.
The four-cylinder is the smallest engine offered in a full-size truck but it’s not the most efficient. The turbocharged, 2.7-liter V6 available in the Ford F-150 posts 20, 26, and 22 mpg, respectively, while offering more power. The 3.3-liter V6 also offered returns 19, 25, and 22 mpg while making less power and torque. Shop Ram and the 1500’s 3.6-liter V6 delivers 20 mpg in the city, 25 mpg on the highway, and 22 mpg combined thanks in part to a mild hybrid system.

It is supposed to help with steering and braking but in certain areas of the United States the sensors tend to corrode.
